We regret to inform you that, after 49 years of dedicated service, we have made the difficult decision to close our sharpening and repairs department.
As a result of this closure, all existing sharpening and repair requests will be returned to you in their current condition, without any sharpening or repairs performed.
However, we are committed to providing ongoing support for our products. To ensure this, we are collaborating with a select group of service agents located throughout the country who will handle warranty-related matters for our products. If you believe your product may be covered under warranty, please reach out to us as we may fix it over the phone alternatively contact one of our authorized service agent below.
We understand the importance of maintaining your equipment. If you require assistance in finding alternative service providers for your sharpening and repair needs, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly assist you in locating reputable service providers in your area.
